1. Getting Started and Initial Setup

Setting Initial Capital

• Start the application and enter the initial capital in the "Initial Capital" field.
• Click the "Place Bet" button to set the initial capital. After this, the initial capital field will be locked and cannot be modified.

2. Placing a Bet

Filling in Betting Information

• Select the bet outcome from the "Win" or "Lose" options in the "Outcome" dropdown menu.
• Select the sport from the "Sport" dropdown menu: Football, Basketball, Tennis, Horses, or Other.
• Enter the team/person/horse name in the "Team/person/horse you bet on" field.
• Enter the bet amount in the "Bet amount" field.
• Enter the odds value in the "Odds" field.

Placing the Bet

• Click the "Place Bet" button. The application will validate the data and record the bet.

3. Tracking Betting Results

Bet List

• The list of bets is displayed in the "Bet List" section. Here you can see the details of each bet: sport, team/person/horse name, amount, odds, and the outcome.

Modifying the Outcome

• Use the dropdown menu next to each bet to modify the outcome (Win, Lose, Pending).
• Changing the bet outcome automatically updates the capital and statistics values.

4. Viewing Statistics

Calculating Statistics

• The application automatically calculates and displays the win and loss ratios for each sport.
• Statistics are found in the "Betting Statistics" section.

5. Resetting the Application

Restart

• Clicking the "Reset" button will delete all data and reset the application to its initial state.
• The initial capital field will be editable again, and all betting data will be cleared.

6. Saving and Loading Data

Saving Data

• The application automatically saves the bets, capital value, and initial capital setting to the browser's local storage.

Loading Data

• When restarting the application, it will automatically load the saved data so you can continue with your previous bets.

7. Downloading Data

Downloading Bets and Statistics

• Clicking the "Download" button allows you to download all betting data and statistics in a text file.
• The downloaded file contains details of all bets and the betting statistics.

Important Notes

• Validation: The application only accepts valid data. For example, the capital cannot be zero or negative, the odds cannot be less than 1.01, and the bet amount cannot exceed the available capital.
• Updating Capital: Changing the outcomes of bets affects the available capital, ensuring you always have an up-to-date picture of your financial status.
